Massive thanks to Richard at Bikers Nottingham! I’m from the north of Ireland and just bought a Napoleon Bob 500 from him! Absolutely first-class service from start to finish. Richard couldn’t have been easier to deal with great communication the whole way through and really went out of his way to help. The bike arrived exactly as described and I’m over the moon with it. I purchased a brand new Benelli 702X from your shop in August this year. While I appreciate that the finance and purchase process was handled quickly, I must say that the overall experience has not been very pleasant due to several issues: There was confusion regarding what was included as standard equipment. Sold a bike to these guys recently and we spotted a gap in the service history. Turns out the previous dealer had missold the bike to myself. These guys were really understanding and managed to sort the situation out. 100% cannot recommend going to these guys enough if you're looking to sell. Fair price and smooth handover.
