Edited- Upon expressing my frustrations Roy reached out to me and addressed my concerns quickly and offered me some alternative options. Thank you. Had a phone consult and made it very clear when I made the appointment I was only trying to get information on what forms I would need to do the process myself, as my divorce was not messy. Then spent two hours and a few hundred dollars to have the majority of my time wasted answering his personal questions of how much we make and background information that was not pertinent. I just got a return phone call from Mr. Martin, it's 7:50 pm on a Thursday night. After the last several months of attempting to find the right fit for an attorney on a family law matter I've encountered quite the opposite from other attorneys. This is an exceptional move to follow through with a phone call at this hour, then Mr. Martin took the time to listen to situation and inform me that I need a lawyer that will handle litigation which he doesn't do.
