Customer Service from the Parts Dept and Cashier was the best I've had the pleasure in dealing with here lately, traveled an hour from Baton Rouge to get parts no one had, they made the drive not so bad!! Greatly appreciate the staff there!!!
I had a 7:30 appointment. I was the first in and was out in an hour with oil change, tire rotation and filter change. Cost was the same as my last oil change at Sterling without the rotation and filter and I had to wait 3 hours for my truck with an appointment . I would highly recommend Roy Motors.
