The reason Rogelio “Roy” has such good reviews is because he and his team deserve them! Roy was very thorough in explaining how he would go about the job, the materials he used, all the options we had, and he presented a very straightforward bid. We had a great experience with Roy and his impressive/hard working crew. They take a lot of pride in their work and do everything they can to make sure the customer is satisfied. Roy is not an over-communicator, which I like, but answers any and all questions you may have in a timely manner. I've been recommending them to my local Bellingham friend network whether they are even considering a new roof or not. Roy and his team did a wonderful job replacing our roof! It is evident that the entire team takes pride in the work they perform. Roy made sure to communicate any issues he came across as he removed the old roof, providing pictures to help us make informed decisions throughout the process. Excellent job!
