Say what you want but this place saved my life. Carlos at the front desk is incredible. The doctor is caring and thorough. Yeah sometimes you have to wait but believe me it’s worth it. This place is far from my house but I still go here because I get excellent care.
This place is a joke I been calling to make my sons appointment so unprofessional they just answer and won’t even say any and hang up is there not planning on working why even show up...... and if you do go with an appointment they’ll still take hours to see a doctor there excuse is well we only have one doctor don’t recommend this clinic
Very unprofessional!! Waited HOURS before being seen, even WITH APPT!! They literally put a 3 HOUR movie, it FINISHED, & I still HAD NOT been seen! Would not recommend to anybody I personally know, they should definitely consider making changes. & lobby is full of ants, for a medical clinic? That’s just no bueno!! 0 stars if I could, no lie.
Thanks Carlos and hazel for helping us out and having customers service. Best medical staff is here. They great with children and elderly as well. Very friendly staff. Best front desk staff. They personally recognize you by name and face.
