Proprio et employés sympathique, services offerts adéquat pour une marina de la région. L'entretien des batiments n'est pas parfait mais c'est le début de la saison Owner and workers on ground very friendly, the offered services are what you'ld expect from a marina on the bay. The structures are slightly damaged, but they are working on it.

Absolutely terrible service. Here is just a short list of examples: 1. Asked for my boats to be ready one a day (with three weeks notice), one of my boats I did not receive until another 5 days went by. 2. Asked them to fix the horn on my boat for the past 2 years, still has not been done. 3. My neighbours 10hp engine was broken, brought it them and the fix it 5 WEEKS later! As someone who stays on Lake Memphrémagog every summer with my family we rely on our small 15’ boat with a 20hp Mercury outboard engine to enhance our 6 week stay. In 2017 we took the engine to Roy Marine for repairs and were charged over $900 including a replaced starter and other parts. We did not get the engine back until after we left our cottage.
