Took us 6months to get near a finished plan but then we had to give up. They gave us the most inexperienced draftsman and the minimum of their own input. We wanted a disabled friendly house and they didn't help with the design at all. All they wanted was to make it bigger all over. We were very very disappointed.

I have engaged Roy Hodgson Design on 2 large house extension/renovations and both have been excellent experiences. Roy and his team have been creative and professional throughout the process from concept to design to approvals and revisions. Roy's wealth of experience was invaluable when I needed advice and solutions on some complex and challenging design issues often with heritage considerations. Thanks Roy and team.

Roy. We have to say, what a great result. We love this house. Efficient, great selection of materials, cool eaves, which everyone comments on and fabulous layout. We have the best house in the street. I know because often we have people driving by, stopping and taking a photo. The lateral thinking dept. 10 points. Jeff and Minika

We used Roy Hodgson Design to plan our new house. We already had a clear idea of what we wanted, but they made refinements and improvements that we would have never thought of. They also stepped us through all of the council rules and requirement. Conflicting requirements seemed daunting at first but got through all of that unscathed and the end result was brilliant.
