Huge waste of money. Procedure was worst pain I’ve ever experienced, they prescribed me Tylenol 3 for the procedure and I was awake during it. Then they prescribed the wrong antibiotic for me and I almost had sepsis. Had to go to the hospital to get antibiotics via iv to get rid of my infection from the procedure. Worst experience ever, not good results. Waste of money, not worth it at all. They sell you dreams and don’t really care about their patients. Beware.

I scheduled a virtual consultation today at 10am, two weeks ago. The phone number given for the virtual chat is a fax machine. No one is answering my call in the office nor responding my email, just automated machine. This is so disrespectful to people that schedule a side time to get the appointment.
