Seems like a fake company. Called for emergency services, said someone would be out that evening. No one showed up. When I called an hour after appointment, the guy I spoke with said the tech that was supposed to come out had a family emergency and was not going to make it. Replaced our A/C and furnace and were very pleased with the crew that handled the installation. They were on time, finished ahead of time and left everything clean.
