Roy and his brother did a fantastic job. We bought a house and the main level floors needed a refresh. Their quote was much more affordable than others I received (about 25-30% less!), Roy was responsive (best to call him - doesn't respond as quickly to email or text!), they started on time, provided updates throughout the week, finished on time, and were an absolute pleasure to work with! Highly highly recommend working with Roy.

Roy was easy to talk with, he explained all of my options, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and kept me apprised of the progress during the job. Roy and his team did an amazing job with my wood floors. They transformed old, scratched up, water-stained (from dog's water bowl) floors into a beautiful display all around my living room, dining room, laundry room, den, and hallways. He was super flexible with timing and finished the job without wasting any time. He's friendly and cheerful, and I would highly recommend his team if you need this type of work done on your floors.
Having my floors done by Roy and Norman was an amazing experience! The price was very reasonable and the service was even better. I called them up because the mover scratched my floor and they came back and fixed it, no questions asked! The floors look beautiful and I will be recommending them to everyone!
