I bought this vehicle ( CADILLAC OPTIQ 2026) just last month march -2026, and I have already noticed an issue with the plastic trim near the rear windshield area. The panel appears bent and poorly fitted, and the material itself feels substandard. This is highly disappointing, especially considering the premium positioning of the Cadillac brand under General Motors. I purchased a 2024 Yukon with the understanding that it came with two free oil changes. At 28,000 km, I went in for my second one, only to be told it had "expired" at 24,000 km—something that was never clearly communicated at the time of sale. That’s extremely misleading.
