I purchased a 2024 Yukon with the understanding that it came with two free oil changes. At 28,000 km, I went in for my second one, only to be told it had "expired" at 24,000 km—something that was never clearly communicated at the time of sale. That’s extremely misleading. I went for a set of new wipers and I got it pretty fast and they changed it for me for free. I am very pleased.
Book service appointment for 9.20 am got the email confirmation I came 15 min early but service advisor told me they don’t have tech to look at my car I drove 30 min to get there this was the second time happened at this location. Then I ask to talk to service manager he refuses to service my car told me since the car is not bought from our location we don’t service it here Very disrespectful and unacceptable behaviour from service deportment they definitely need new management for service centre !!!DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR H... read more
Sam at service is amazing, 2 star for booking appintments everytime i called i was redirected to Richmond hill location, I walked in with out appointment and Sam took the car and had me in and out in abkut an hour with. Very friendly staff and love the text message video from technition while showin all the work being done amd inspecting the the SUV for any further maintenamce recomendation.
