I bought this vehicle ( CADILLAC OPTIQ 2026) just last month march -2026, and I have already noticed an issue with the plastic trim near the rear windshield area. The panel appears bent and poorly fitted, and the material itself feels substandard. I purchased a 2024 Yukon with the understanding that it came with two free oil changes. At 28,000 km, I went in for my second one, only to be told it had "expired" at 24,000 km—something that was never clearly communicated at the time of sale. That’s extremely misleading. I went for a set of new wipers and I got it pretty fast and they changed it for me for free. I am very pleased.
Book service appointment for 9.20 am got the email confirmation I came 15 min early but service advisor told me they don’t have tech to look at my car I drove 30 min to get there this was the second time happened at this location.
