Great front Office Staff But Nothing Compares To Dr Hanks..From The Moment He Comes In The Room He Puts You @ Ease & Very Easy To Talk To..I've Only had One Other Dr & He's my PCP Read My Chart & Know Everything Going On w you & Whether or not he feels surgery will be helpful & if it is...He spends as much time as you need & walks through every step of the procedure & I've had him draw it out for one of them.. Plus he really has a great sense of humor as well...I honestly wish all Doctors Could learn from him bc he's a rare ... read more
Phone receptionist was terrible… i might as well do the surgery myself … I have had Dr Roy as my doctor on a previous surgery years ago and was happy with my interactions with the Doctor .. but this gal has probably driven away lots of inquiries to other providers.. hoop after hoop to jump through!!!
Stephanie that answers the phone treats patients & their families like it’s a court proceeding. Lack of compassion. Talks over you. Told me “that’s not how this works”… as if this is my first rodeo. Ive been to 2 previous surgical oncology offices at Henry Ford cancer pavilion & mclaren flint. None have had me run around and get copies of license etc to take in JUST to make an appt. Dr. Hanks is a truly remarkable doctor. He takes time to explain everything to you and he's very caring and kind. He does amazing work!!!
