Dr Epstein is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He is part of my care team for my endometriosis. He is very empathetic without being pushy. He listens to my concerns, and comes up with a solution. Every time I needed a test and when the results came he personally called to tell me the results and that everything was fine. I love the front desk and his medical assistant Joanne. Highly recommend this team!
While Dr. Epstein is fantastic, the communication from the office staff to the patients leaves something to be desired. I had an appointment booked for 6:30pm in the evening for intense, chronic pelvic pain (that I had waited multiple weeks for). I received a call that morning from the office asking to bump the appointment to 7pm due to the doctor being in surgery, and was assured that if they needed to reschedule, they would let me know. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone woman. He listens, he cares, he's open to your thoughts and concerns. He has helped me out whenever I had any issues or concerns. I've had previous female obgyn and they never cared or took my concerns... they would usually just brush it off. Dr. Epstein is the only OBGYN I trust
If you have any kind of trauma that gets in the way of gynecological appointments, this is the office you want to go to. I was extremely skeptical of having a male gynecologist, but Dr. Epstein and his staff do absolutely everything to make you feel comfortable and I'm so thankful to have him as my doctor.
