Who ever the ignorant, rude woman is answering the phone calls is horrible! She does not listen and speaks over the customer who is trying to speak. She really needs to attend a Customer Service Training class. I wouldn't hire this company if my life depended on it. Disgusting and Horrible customer service. The so called Website is not even working. Making it impossible to reach anyone by email.

As a condo owner very disappointed with the recommending of this company for the electrical repairs for the 40 year inspection. This company along with another came out for the inspection and gave a quote for " electrical" repairs needed. It did say on the quote other repair might be needed, but doing repair not quoted without authorization then requesting payment for additional repairs not originally quoted is pretty ridiculous and down right bad business.
