This is by far the worst medical office I have ever dealt with, very disappointed to say the least. My spouse and I started to see Dr. Roy Norman and everything was great until he handed us down to see the "Nurse Practitioner" and that did not set very well with us as we did not sign up with a Nurse Practitioner. My spouse had an ERFA (Vein procedure) done twice and all we got from the nurse practitioner was that every thing look good on the ultrasound but my spouse certainly is not feeling good as the veins still show, leg ... read more
My experience on my first visit was great. The staff tooked their time and presented a professional attitude but also comforting and cordial. The doctor was fabulous. He spent a great deal of time going over my issues. Was not in a hurry at all. Made you feel important to him. I had my previous cardiologist for well over 20 yrs. And he retired. So i was worried about finding another doctor. Im a winner.
This was my first visit to the Tomball office. I was very well pleased. Thank you.
