Top of their game. Wouldn't go any where else.
I had my back done by Dr. Vingan last year and it feels great. I had my neck done in March and everyday it gets better and better. I always recommend Dr. Vinga to people I know and would highly recommend him to people that are looking for a great Neurosurgeon. He also did my cousin's neck and he was pleased with the out come which is why I went to him in the first place.
