Dont waist your time or money. Dr. Nguyen doesnt care or listen. She debounded before securing bottom teeth in their placement, naturally teeth are moving constantly retainer or not. 1 week after adjustment is not enough for the teeth to stay in place if debounded. Her bedside manner is not professional. I hated the way I was treated and overal I regret choosing this practice.
Poor communication
They ruined one of my teeth that they had originally fixed and refused to fix it again. Exposed the nerve and anything to hot or cold caused a good level of pain. Apparently I had cavities that they never told me about even as just a heads up after all the pictures and xrays they took. Would never go here again
been going here for a few years, staff is very friendly :)
Favorite orthodontist!! They are all so nice, well organized & always so patient and understanding.
