Roy C did a very poor job fixing our entry doors years ago. They did not do a thorough repair so the doors kept failing. We paid for the first repair but they had to return several more times over the next few months. We hired another repair company who fixed it for a fraction of Roy C's charges and it did not have further problems. We contacted Roy C to discuss their excessive billings but they would not discuss settling the balance for anything less than billed.
