Roy & Matthew are both brilliant! Recently purchased a car at a fantastic price from them which was easy and hassle free - they even held it for me when I had hassle selling my own car! Couldn’t recommend them both enough, thanks so much again ☺️☺️
Bought a car from Roy on the 17th April. Recently would not start. Contacted Roy who went over and beyond what is required to have my car fixed and back to me the same day. The car was also delivered back to me and I don’t live close. Honestly the best aftercare I have ever received when purchasing a vehicle. Roy and Matthew are friendly and helpful and I have found them to be extremely accommodating anytime I have dealt with them.

Appalling customer service and never have come across someone so rude. Wife had a 3 month warranty on car and was back multiple times in the first few weeks with all sorts of problems, most worryingly the engine light kept coming on, they told her it was fixed but it had to go back a couple of days later with the same fault, once the warranty was up the same thing happened again so she rang and was basically told "your warranty is up it's your problem now" and he just hung up the phone.
