would have been nice for the company to let me know that rather than delivering every 3 months they now aren't delivering but every 6 months so I ran out of propane last night.took the day off from work cuz they were going to show up today called him at noon and told him the odor of propane was extremely strong in my house and at 4 they still haven't shown up. not a very good business decision dealing with flammable propane you think I would have been first on the list since it was their mistake to let me run out. 😠
I have had an account here for years - recently a receptionist released personal information from my account to individuals not listed on my account. When questioned - she said she’d make a note to only talk to the person listed on the account. Legally that’s what should have happened in the first place, why would you need to note that? we have been waiting months for them to come out. i have called for three weeks straight and cannot get a confirmation for when they will be here. I recommend you go with literally anyone else
Lee and mt.fuji restaurant in marlboro NH has been waiting since August 6 for propane tank removal. Terrible customer service. $2000 in overcharges. now having to go to a lawyer to start charging them storage fees from the date of our 1st call on August 6.
My family has been customers of this company for many years and unfortunately will be finding new service for our multiple home property due to terrible experiences with customer service over the phone, the woman who answers the phone always sounds miserable and the service department wouldn’t change an oil furnace filter because there was to much water under the house, it’s a dirty job but someone’s got to do it, someone that deserves the money earned to do it!

Asking our service technicians to crawl through a cold, wet and muddy crawlspace puts them at risk for illness or injury at the very peak of our busy fall service schedule. We need to walk a fine line between providing the highest level of customer service and the safety of all of our team members.
