My husband was able to drop off his truck and talk to them about what he thought the issue was. They listened. We dropped off on a Monday and it was done by Tuesday afternoon. Great service...will definitely use them again when needed.

We were long time customers of Roy Brothers and hoped to continue to receive the same excellent service from the new owners, Kankakee Autoplex. Unfortunately, our latest experience was significantly less than expected. We called on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. We called them on Thursday, after not hearing from them on Wednesday, and were told they were too busy on Wednesday to get to our car. I brought my 2021 Lincoln Navigator to Court Street Ford due to the AC not working. They told me I needed a new compressor for $4100. I then brought it to Autoplex for a second opinion and was told there were no leaks found and charged the AC for $400. Saved me thousands. Thank you Logan! Highly recommend.
