He had a sob story about having to charge up front now because people are just not trustworthy anymore and he has several people who have not paid him. SCAMMER ALERT!!!! Extremely bad experience. Took my money and decided not to do job or to answer the call. Lied about the time frame when contract was signed - move promised at the end of April, not done until June. No comunication. After we asked for money back if they will not respond or do the move, they showed up on the property and told the original owner that they notified us they are moving the building the next day and slid beems just to make sure to not void the contract. John did an excellent job on moving a house from one lot to another approximately one mile away. His crew knew exactly what to do and wasted no time getting it done. John did everything we agreed to and was more than helpful. I would Highly recommend this team to anyone needing a house moved.
This is the most dishonest person you will ever encounter. Please know he has had multiple law suits against him, including one from me. He lied to get increased fees, did not show up to finish a job, and then filed a law suit against me when we had others try to finish the job he started. His original lawyer even quit the case for lack of payment. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS MAN!!!! I notice Dylan Kinard left a 5 star review....this is the owners son!!!!!!!!!!
