I had a car crisis, and they went way out of their way to help. Always excellent service, but this was exceptional.
On time. Confident the work identified correctly and done right. The price was fair.
Alternator died on the way to work. Price for the replacement was reasonable, and they were able to take my car in pretty quickly after a tow truck dropped me off. They weren't able to get it done before the end of the day with how bad the bolts were seized, so they gave me a loaner for the long weekend no questions asked, even though I had to drive a long way home to family.
