If I could, I'd select 0 stars. My experience today went as follows: He arrived 5 hours late. Then told me they would not be able to complete the project today. This is the second day on the job because he was unable to have the job completed last week as quoted. Therefore our apartment has been in complete disarray over the weekend because of his lack of planning and followthrough.
