If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything seemed all good the first week, then the Owner started claiming she was never paid even though we had proof that she cashed the checks. Before entering a contract for my dad to stay there, she was given all of his medical information and she said it would be fine. Well after a couple of his dementia incidents (as you know it comes and goes) she called us saying they are not equipped to handle him unless we pay an additional $600 per month.
