I have tried several times to reschedule an appointment and it has been three days and still no one has called. I understand that offices can be busy, however, just an acknowledgement that they’ve been busy with a 30 second return call to me would be appreciated.
I get knee injections from Dr Akarakian every 3 months. He is kind, patient, skilled, and gentle. I'm very confident under is care!
