Hawaiian comfort food done right. 🌺 The chicken katsu was the standout—perfectly crispy on the outside while staying moist and tender inside. The teriyaki chicken was just as impressive. Smoky, flavorful, and cooked beautifully. Add in the creamy macaroni salad and generous portions of rice, and this plate delivered from every direction. Self-control around the katsu, I did not have. If I could give 6 stars, I would. The service, food quality, flavor and generous portions did not disappoint! We hired them for a 200 person catering event and cannot recommend them enough!
