I spoke to Jackie who made my appointment with Michelle at 3 pm on 1/22/2022. Subsequently I got verification of my appointment in messages. I travelled from Singer Island( 35 mins), parked in a paid parking lot. Michelle was busy coloring hair of some body. She cracked the door to speak to me and told me that I was not on her schedule. First time in and LOVED the cut and color from Jackie. My hair was overgrown and shapeless and Jackie gave me a chic, textured bob, exactly like a photo I brought in. Nice to walk out on Clematis Street afterwards looking fab too. 😊

I have called and they NEVER have an opening after hearing my voice with laryngitis. The obviously have age discrimination and are never available. What a shame because I am a big tipper. I'm not a teenager and sorry for their loss.

Purchased a Groupon for single process color, deep conditioning & blow dry. Upon arrival of my 10:30 appointment I was greeted by one of the ladies there (she did not introduce herself) and was asked what I was there for. I showed her my Groupon and her whole attitude changed. Then she proceeded to tell me that a “SINGLE PROCESS COLOR” means only a “root touch up.” I wanted to do a nice chocolate brown color on my hair. Jackie is amazing!! She and her assistant took so much time making sure I had the perfect cut and highlights. They were both very pleasant and took the time to make sure every last detail was perfect. I would highly recommend the Roxy Salon & Co. to anyone.
