Roxanne was super easy to work with, excellent communication and just a true sweet heart. I hired her for my wedding hair and she nailed it! She also did my MOH and mom's hair, all turned out amazing and she was so kind to my mom. I 100% recommend Roxanne for hair, sugar/waxing, and piercing. She's clean, organized and welcoming to all. My appointment was cancelled, but I was not notified. Unfortunately, I had been dropped off for the appointment so I remained standing outside in -20°C waiting for the door to open. Her doorbell message said "someone will be right there" so I continued to wait. I finally texted her asking where she was.
