We recently hired Roxy Glass to install glass panels around a balcony on the 5th floor at an apartment complex. They came out to perform the install and not long after, the City Inspector arrived and informed us that a) they were not wearing the proper safety equipment required to perform such work, b) the work they were performing required a permit through the city, and worse yet, c) the glass they had supplied was not to code. Excellent job, nice guys and professional.
In 2017 we hired Roxy Glass to replace our patio door. We paid Roxy Glass $2200-2400 to buy and install this patio door. They did a very poor job. We will never hire them again. Now we have to hire another company to fix the problems with the installation. Because they cut too much from the wall this door they just installed is now too small.
