These guys are pathological liars. They took my closet door to repair in March and have yet to return it. Do not do business with them they cannot be trusted.
We had a window broken on a Friday night and they came the next afternoon to fix it. The price was very reasonable. All other window companies we called wouldn't come out for days or would charge by the hour instead of by the job. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is they had the wrong address. If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would.
Roxy Glass replaced a broken window in my house last November the price was $303.79. When I placed the order I put $100 deposit on my credit card. The tech came out, did the work and I gave him a check for the balance of $203.79 which cleared my bank a short time later. A few days after that I noticed that Roxy Glass placed an additional charge for $203.79 on my credit card.
