Ordered product over a week ago. No confirmation, no shipping info. Called and keep getting voice mail. Left message, no response. Payment cleared, very poor service.
Placed order on 11/18/16 for pick-up at tournament on weekend of 12/3-4/16. Picked-up order on 12/4/16, came in sealed bag. Got home and opened the bag the find one of the items the wrong size and one item missing. Emailed Roxie on Monday 12/5/16, and she returned call. Told her what was wrong with the order, as she was not present on-site during pick-up. She stated she would get it corrected. Gave her a month due to Holiday’s. Emailed her on 1/11/17, no response. NO STARS!!! Ordered Midcontinent Cup Soccer tshirt in May, charge went on credit card & have never received tshirt for my daughter, have phoned repeatedly & emailed & NOT ONCE have gotten anyone to answer, so finally going to have credit card redeem charges from Roxie Kelly Creations.....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
