Horrible.
I have been to so many salons in Kelowna and I can finally say that I have found the best at Roxi! My stylist Fran is amazing and a true professional. The salon itself is easily the coolest looking salon around town - very modern and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and the location is perfect. You would think that it would be insanely expensive for all of this but it is also the most reasonably priced of any salon I have visited in Kelowna. Can't say enough good things about Roxi!!
