The management company for this property is terrible. They have gone through 7 managers in the last 9 years. The apartment that I just moved out of had the original carpet from when the place was built. It was worn down and had black stains on it. We were told that it would be replaced before we moved in, then told it would be shortly after that, and then never. Save yourself headaches time energy and money! Maintenance is never done unless you keep calling or even get to the point of hiring a lawyer! Lost rent checks but still have to pay the late fee. USPS doesn’t deliver mail here because the mailboxes are located in an unsafe area. Can’t find any parking. Many times the trash isn’t picked up which leads to over flow and trash all over the grass and road. A lot of drugs in these apartments. Snow is not plowed until late in the evening if your lucky.
