It was a good experience but I give two stars because the main instructor we had was never prepared or ready to teach. Seemed like he didn’t know his material, if you’re looking to go through this program make sure you study by yourself if Pablo is your teacher. If Andrew is teaching pay attention. He should be the lead instructor for classes
Finished ACLS and BLS training. Good material, equipment and flow of the courses. Instructor Farooq and Joe were great! That's why Roxell EMT has been my go to renewal instructor for certifications for a couple times
The instructor was wonderful. He was patient and answered any questions that I had and educated me on new equipment that I had not used in the past.
Andrew was fantastic! He took his time to explain all aspects of ACLS. He is an excellent instructor and was very patient! Thank you! Maggie
The BLS course for healthcare workers was very thorough and informative. Andrew was an awesome instructor… very helpful, patient, and kept the class light, fun, and interesting.
