Everyone there were incredibly polite and very professional!! My daughter is a nervous girl when it comes to dentist but they made her feel at ease and explained what they were doing while they were cleaning her teeth. I highly recommend them!
Beware of the major lack of transparency in billing and insurance acceptance here. I wish someone had shared this before my appointment. I’m very disappointed in this office’s billing practices and lack of transparency. This is not the first time I’ve had a billing issue here. Previously, I was surprised with a large bill after learning—only after the fact—that the office had stopped accepting Delta Dental PPO. We just adore the girls in Rox Ortho!!! We saw Bre today, we love how she took the extra time to explain all the details of my treatment today. She’s very kind and caring. We also saw Dr. Liz, who is a phenomenal Orthodontist. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very gentle in her treatment. Top notch office. Thanks Rox Ortho.!!!!!!
Im.currently atvthe place and is very irresponsible on their part that they drill my sons teeh and leave him wating while he gets stress and the anesteshia will ware off Irresponsible for not even notifiying at the moment of the situation not even saying anything but when i saw the girl that helps the doctor trying on her own Thats when i notice I know she isnjust trying to help but she stumble on something she is no used to do and worst unsupervised
