Last year, I would have given this place 5 stars. I like Dr. Maturana but the staff at this place sucks. And I don't like that they allow you to leave with a written script UNSIGNED. This is against the law. Even if a script is sent electronically it has to have a digital signature. Printed scripts ALWAYS have to have a signature on them. I live 45 min away. I didn't realize my script for new glasses was unsigned so I then drove a little further to CostCo where I was told they would have to call for a script to be faxed over... read more
Review of 2/5 stars is based on interaction with billing and front office staff who misinformed me regarding what procedures are covered by my MI. I was a patient of Dr. Eichler's for over 10+ years but based on this experience I will be going elsewhere.
Terrific experience having Caterack surgery by Dr. Pinke .. totally professional staff & very clean facility ... would not hesitate recommending Dr Pinke to my friends, family & associates.
Doctor Pinke and his staff are excellent very professional. He did cataract surgery on both of my eyes and I can see like I'm a young man. See perfect, long vision, short vision. Reading everything, he did a great-great job.
Dr Maturana was amazing and answered all my questions and concerns. She took her time with me to explain everything. Staff is amazing also
