Great customer service by Nick and Allen for my recent installation of a Heil unit that replaced my 28 year old Carrier unit. The installation team did a great job installing the new unit in 1 day. I appreciate the prompt response sending Eric out when I reported the new system was not blowing cold air when the installation was complete.
