RecommendedWe waited until my daughter’s senior year to shop at Roxanne’s. We purchased her dress in February, unfortunately COVID-19 cancelled the rest of her senior year and prom. Some parents got together to make sure some sort of prom would happen. My daughter and five of her friends took photos, had dinner prepared by a chef at a house. if I could give a 0 I would. Lola, the owner, is extremely rude, disrespectful, stubborn, ill-mannered, and unprofessional. The dresses are beautiful but the terrible customer service is not worth the trip or hassle. I tried talking things over with Lola to come to a common ground after the whole fiasco occurred, but she is unwilling and too defensive to have a proper conversation with. I love this place! Lola was able to order my dress from Jovani and get it in house in one week! I had tried three other places online but they couldn’t meet my deadline, but Lola did it with no problem! Everyone loved my dress! It was a Show-Stopper!! Thanks Lola! I will be back to get a dress for the Boulé Christmas party, for sure!
Lola was absolutely amazing and instrumental in helping us find the right dress for my daughter’s prom. She was so sweet, patient and kind. Our experience was fantastic because of Lola. Can’t thank her enough for making this memorable occasion so wonderful!

Thank you for helping our daughter find the perfect prom dress! These ladies were so helpful and patient, our daughter tried multiple dresses on and we were never rushed. The dress arrived in a week as promised in the middle of crazy prom season. Thank you !
The lady who helped us, Lola, was rude. She told me “I don’t know why your looking at dresses your wedding is over a year away”. She also told me “your too white for a white dress”. My friend tried on a dress as well and she was rude to my friend and very pushy with selling her a dress. I won’t be purchasing anything from this place.
