Very friendly staff, excellent Chef, Great Menu. We eat at Roxanne's at least once per month. Rest rooms, very clean and stocked. Food always perfect, good selection of teas. We also enjoy the people who eat here, friendly and nice.
Food was good, could not get help to save my life, staff too busy talking in the back and laughing
