I had to chose a PCP and I chose this Dr. I scheduled an appointment and a few hours prior to that appointment the Dr. cancelled due to being ill. I called back to explain what was happening to me and why I needed to see the Dr. The nurse sends me to immediate care and says to call after. I call back and tell them I need to get in ASAP per immediate care. But because I'm a new patient they can't get me in they have no availability.
