They charged me $350 to give me a single tissue when I broke down in tears, and told me to take antacids. It was not a good experience.
Very unhappy, almost 3 months I was waiting for my colonoscopy results, then 2 months for the right prescription, in 6 months treatment failed and I got the same problems, only worse… after I called to schedule to see Dr. Lim to discuss the problems the front desk said she is not available for next 2 months… this company just care about how to get you to colonoscopy, get unnecessary biopsies and that’s it… you will never hear from them again… ever …find a good doctor who truly cares…
The five stars are for Dr Lim only! She is excellent and would not want to go to anyone else. She always takes the time to explain everything and super nice! I always feel that she really cares about you, and I always feel better when I leave her office. However, I cannot say the same thing about the main office coordinator.
