Alexandra was very pleasant to deal with, and made switching over painless. Even gave me the time to go and check on another issue, so there was no pressure to take on a new policy, before saving me $300 on my policy from my previous provider. Glad I made the switch.

Horrible company. For being a loyal customer for a few years, the only reward i got was a higher bill and for no reason. I drive my car maybe 4 or 5 times a month. Even if someone hits you on the road and you win the case in court, they tried to give me a higher bill just for having a case. So in that case they can hire any driver they want , crash into you and then they give you a higher bill even if it wasnt your fault.
