I spoke with an agent who is extremely rude. I was calling to inquire about a recent policy I created and paid in full that was canceled for no reason. She said I was a victim of fraud, which is not possible if the policy was indeed created through GEICO Unless one of their employees stole my personal information. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me to wait two days. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
