She is the best. She really listens to you. Very kind and professional office staff.
Since my move, Dr. Rogers has helped me tremendously with virtual visits but recently I got bad labs which to me indicated I needed to see a specialist but she refused to give me a referral to an endocrinologist. Her nurse let me know that my new physician the one I saw this month only once after the lab results ordered by Dr Rogers and who has yet to receive my medical records would have to make the call on that. I thought how does this make sense since it was her lab request and results that have me looking at this? So now... read more
I called and spoke to a nurse at Dr. Rogers office 4 days ago letting her know my mother was in excruciating pain. She told me their computer system was down, took my information and said she would call me back. My mother is still in pain...no call back.
