I thank God for reviews. I googled your shop to get the phone number. Looked at the reviews NO THANKS. Do better ladies to get these reviews up. And also i see no accountability just excuses.
Do not go here to braid your hair!!!! If I can give negative starts that’s what I would because they do a terrible job and refuse to accept that what they did is not what you requested. They charged me an extra $30 for half a pack of human hair for my boho braids and used synthetic hair on my head. They hair was shedding, itchy and tangled and in 3 days lost it’s curl. These people (Jennifer is one of them) lied that my friend’s extension they used for her braids was human hair. Just barely a week after, the hair is shedding and not maintaining its curls. My friend went back to complain and they were being shady about it. Jennifer especially was being extremely rude. Just know you can’t make it in life and move forward if you cheat people. Jennifer was so good with my daughter’s hair. She never shed a tear. All neat parts and well moisturized.
The first time that I went there the young lady had problems with giving me the style I wanted, i went back and she was very courteous in trying to restyle the back. I went back a second and third time and was very happy with the style that I chose. I must say that I'm in a wheelchair and ride Rta PARA TRANSIT to their shop.
