I took my boat to Roxanne's marine this summer for two issues. It would die before it could plain off and I wanted them to see what was wrong with the steering because the day before it stopped working. That was the only thing I asked them to check. A week and a half later I call to see if they have made any progress and they told me "the oil was stinky" so they went ahead and changed it along with the oil in the other four components without asking me.
