Going to Dr Avni for over 10 years. Takes real interest in his patients. Investigates his recommendations. Makes personal phone calls as a followup.
Gave honest feedback and info. Shows real concern. Friendly staff.
Dr. Roxana Viera, Is the best doctor I have come across in years. She truly cares about people's health. Extremely knowledgeable in her field.
This doctor’s office is absolutely awful. The staff that answer the phones are extremely rude. They’re disorganized, usually not on time, do not input information properly, and do not call in the correct prescriptions to the pharmacy. The doctor lied to me on multiple occasions. Additionally, I asked about a vaccination and she said I didn’t need it; however, it turned out I did. She also didn’t have a concern for a test I needed and said it was nothing to worry about. Horrible...As other patients experienced, the initial visit she was very friendly. By the next visit, she was late (50 minutes her first appointment of the day), then she refused to renew an old (non-narcotic) prescription, telling me to contact my specialist during the covid virus time, essentially abandoning me as a patient for no good reason. She should not be treating animals let alone people. There's more negative news, but why bother to say more if you can't figure out from the other reviews...she is an AVOID!
I have been going to Dr. Avni for almost 15 years, he's always available for me,always can work me or my wife in at the last minute.
Dr. Viera is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She has amazing bed side manners. I highly recommend her.
First time visiting the doctor and she immediately wanted to change several maintenance meds that I have been on for years. Not knowing my medical history or anything about me. Dangerous.
