Poor customer service, no concern for defective item ordered and they don’t pay attention to notes you add to the order within 9 minutes of placing the order. In the photo, you can clearly see that one logo is white and one is dirty looking with gray spots on it. The items are the same item in different sizes, ordered a week apart. There is no flash used in this photo to enhance the white logo so it clearly shows one is white and one is not. Poor quality in uniform. The knee pads tore after the first use, first slide. Contacted customer service via email, got NO RESPONSE, contacted our club who did nothing as well. Needless to say we didn’t wear the lousy things all season as most of the team. back pack handle came off, shorts flimsy weak spandex and socks frayed mess. Only good thing were the jerseys. Club told us we were not allowed to contact ROX about complaints in risk of losing our sponsorship.
I can't tell you how impressed I was to get a Thank You note from your company after I made a small purchase. I just love your products and needed to get my daughter a mesh bag for my daughter's volleyball. Great quality, kind people. Thank YOU!
