Rocky (owner) was always there to meet with me & the insurance adjuster, which was a great help as this was my first major roof repair. We purchased a new roof installation from Rox and worked with Jesus. Jesus was incredibly professional and answered all of our questions. He got us a great deal on a new high-quality Owens Corning shingle roof. He provided live updates of the delivery, installation, and clean up. There were minor issues with the installation, but Jesus and his team quickly resolved them to our satisfaction. We could not have asked for a better experience.
