Booked through third-party platform(great customer service) when it comes to Rowville’s response it was not so great. Just double check their policy before booking. The staff is Not very helpful when it comes to third party bookings
Staff aren't interested in customer satisfaction. The place is run down. Screaming for maintenance. I ruined my white shirt by using their "rusted" iron. Front desk couldn't give a s... I am shocked it's rated 4* should be 2-3 * after renovation. Only stay there if you are desperate.
Spacious rooms with a very pleasant and accommodating staff. Easy Uber ride to shopping and restaurants. Small refrigerator, Microwave, hot pot and toaster make for an easy in-room breakfast. We were visiting relatives in Rowville and this was a very convenient, affordable place to stay.
It was nice, however not for the price you actual pay. Police seem to if had a presence on site.
